This place was a commendable fit for a relaxing holiday in Elk Grove Village with very good value for money. The staff was courteous, and we got to our room quickly even after a challenging shuttle ride. For a better experience, consider calling an Uber instead of relying on the shuttle service.

Had an awesome time with friends! We checked out the paved trails at Busse Woods and hit up Arlington International Racecourse, both just a short drive away. The hotel's spacious rooms and shuttle service to the airport made it super convenient. Would definitely recommend it for groups!

One downside was a cleanliness issue. I saw a dead cockroach in some other room, so that was a bit off-putting.

The location was convenient, and the shuttle service to the airport was a significant plus. I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of my room, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. However, the breakfast could use some improvement as options were limited and not very appealing.

I had a lovely stay at Holiday Inn Chicago, Elk Grove, An Ihg Hotel. The hotel features well-maintained common areas, and I appreciated the spacious layout that made it easy for me to navigate as a senior.

More attention to housekeeping would be appreciated.

i had a great 4-night stay at holiday inn. the location was fantastic, just a short distance from the cta blue line and right by the pace bus service. they also provided a helpful shuttle service to o'hare airport. plus, the swimming pool was larger than most hotel pools, which was a nice surprise.

I had the most good stay! The spacious lobby was perfect for gathering and relaxing after a fun day. Plus, the indoor swimming pool was so inviting and a great way for the kids to burn off some energy!

I had some decent moments like the pool was good-great for the kids. Plus there was a free shuttle to the airport every hour which really saved us time to catch our flight.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a great bar area, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find my way on my first stay, which I really appreciated. I’ll return for Easter!
